Tonight I made the short trip to see my old pal Sensei Mick Randall 8th Dan. I have known and trained with Sensei Randall on and off for about 15 years and have always seen him as my "Sensei" even if he has not been my most regular instructor.
I also took along one of my students, "Sulley", to train. This was Sulleys first time meeting Sensei Randall and I found it quite amusing how nervous he was (he had no reason to be!).
Anyway, a good session of go-hon kumite and basics and a few new bruises and a decent workout. I could nt ask for much more.
Already looking forward to the next trip which hopefully will be next week.
